About 15 years ago, I first discovered how food affected my energy, mood, and health.
Regular bread makes me bloated and makes me feel tired and sick. The current gluten-free options didn't help either, with their ultra-processed ingredients, which spiked my blood sugar and left me exhausted .
In my practice as an orthomolecular therapist, I also saw how often industrial bread, fast carbohydrates and ultra-processed products caused complaints.
That's why I started experimenting with new recipes myself: high in fiber, tasty and easy to prepare.
This is how Nativ was born.
