Allergen-free baking fun for the whole family

You probably already know that I am passionate about nutrition and health.

A year ago I decided to make my passion more tangible and, in addition to my coaching offering, to launch a physical product into the world.

It was (and is) my goal to help people achieve greater abdominal happiness and better health.

I decided to go for it fully, presented my project to Startit@KBC and was accepted into their support program.

What once started as a personal quest for truly nutritious gluten-free bread substitutes has grown into a concrete entrepreneurial story.

And in doing so, I have learned a tremendous amount over the past few months, and yes, I have also struggled.
Honesty above all: a start-up ain't a walk in the park!
Quite a huge challenge in terms of personal growth.

So today I'm grateful for all the mirrors that entrepreneurship holds up to me. And especially for my own perseverance, despite the 501 times I wanted to give up.

So, with much fanfare, this fantastic news: last week I was awarded the VLAIO Innovative Starter Support!

This grant will help me build on my mission: making allergen-free baking fun possible for families who consciously choose pure food, without highly processed ingredients, and packed with prebiotic fibers.

Ultimately, it's about more than just a product.

Everyone has the right to sit down at the table with peace of mind—even if they have food sensitivities. Children with allergies deserve nutritious products that benefit their sensitive intestines.
And parents no longer have to compromise between convenience and health.
Fiber is so essential in this whole story, that I'm even dedicating a whole book to it (coming soon).

Behind the scenes I am working on the rebranding, which will be launched soon.

The name remains a secret for now, but the ambition is crystal clear: making nutritious the new normal.
