Preheat the oven to 200°C convection. Put the contents of the bag in a bowl with 350g lukewarm water and 35g olive oil. Mix vigorously with a spoon and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Avoid excessive kneading to keep the dough light. Continue mixing until all the flour is well incorporated. Wet your hands and shape an oval loaf with 3 transverse incisions 1 cm deep on top. Place the bread on baking paper or in a baking tin in the middle of the oven for 55-60 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Good for approximately 700g of baked bread!
Storage: 3 days, more than a week in the refrigerator or several months frozen
We combine natural ingredients and authentic recipes with sustainable choices you won't find in a standard supermarket.
That varies per product, but on average, they contain far fewer carbohydrates than traditional bread or cake. You can find the exact nutritional values on each package and product page.
We purchase gluten-free ingredients, but as some ingredients are processed in a space where gluten and other allergens are also processed, we cannot currently rule out cross-contamination. We are currently working towards being completely allergen-free.
No, we recommend oven baking or air frying for the best texture. A bread maker will knead too much, causing the dough to lose its fluffiness.
Freshly baked bread stays good for 2–3 days at room temperature. You can store it in the refrigerator for a week. You can also freeze it in slices and keep it for up to 3 months.
Yes, our mixes are completely plant-based, but currently, they are easiest to prepare with egg. You can also make them without egg. Check the How to page.
