- Steam the sweet potato cubes until tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Place the cooked sweet potato in a blender or food processor. Add the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until a smooth batter forms.
- Stir in the chopped dark chocolate and nuts into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
