Ingredients:

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced. Place the contents of the bag in a bowl with 3 beaten medium eggs and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Measure out 200g of lukewarm water and add. Mix gently with a spoon and let rest for 10 minutes. Avoid kneading to keep the dough airy.

Wet your hands and form an oval roll with 3 crosswise cuts on the top, 1 cm deep.

Place the bread on a baking sheet or in a baking tin in the middle of the oven for 40-45 min. Let it cool.
