"Nativ's rolls are delicious and very varied in taste. Easy to prepare. I have tried other low-carb rolls in the past, but these rolls surpass all previous mixes. Quick to make, easy to prepare, and delicious. I'm a fan... enjoy!"

Contents: 300g for a 600g loaf (or 5 bread rolls)
Ingredients: sunflower seed flour*, flaxseed flour, golden flaxseed, pumpkin seed flour*, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, hemp flour*, baobab, cream of tartar, salt. *partially defatted
Preheat the oven to 200°C convection or the air fryer to bread setting (baking time -10min). Put the contents of the bag into a bowl along with 270g (weighed) lukewarm water, 1 tsp (apple) cider vinegar, and 30g oil. Mix gently with a spoon and let rest for 5 min. Avoid kneading to keep the dough airy.
Wet your hands and shape an oval loaf with 3 transverse incisions 1 cm deep on top or 5 small rolls.
Place the bread on baking paper or a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 60 min. For rolls, approximately 30-40 min. Let cool on a rack.
Store for a maximum of 3 days at room temperature, at least 1 week in the refrigerator, and several months in the freezer.
We combine natural ingredients and authentic recipes with sustainable choices that you won't find in your standard supermarket.

While we currently do not have a Crossed Grain label, all but one of our products are absolutely Gluten-free. The Berlin currently still has a small chance of containing traces of gluten, but this is in any case lower than the official norm of 20ppm to be considered gluten-free. We are working towards being completely allergen-free in the short term and will apply for the Crossed Grain label.
No, we recommend oven-baking or air frying for the best texture. A bread machine will knead too much, causing the airiness to be lost.
Freshly baked bread will keep for 2–3 days at room temperature. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a week. You can also freeze it in slices for up to 3 months.
Yes, our mixes are completely plant-based, but currently, they're easiest to prepare with eggs. You can also make them without eggs. Check the How to page.
