Although we currently do not have a Crossed Grain label, all but one of our products are absolutely Gluten-Free. The Berlin currently still has a small chance of containing traces of gluten, which is in any case lower than the official standard of 20ppm for being gluten-free. We are working towards being completely allergen-free in the short term and will apply for the Crossed Grain label.

No, we recommend oven baking or air frying for the best texture. A bread maker will knead too much, causing the dough to lose its lightness.

Freshly baked bread stays good for 2–3 days at room temperature. In the fridge, you can keep it for a week. You can also freeze it in slices and store it for up to 3 months.

Yes, our mixes are completely plant-based, but at the moment, preparation is easiest with egg. You can also make them without egg. Check the How to page.

No. Our products only contain natural sugars that are naturally present in the ingredients. Our sweet products are made with erythritol or coconut blossom sugar.
