Although we currently do not have a Crossed Grain label, all but one of our products are absolutely Gluten-Free. The Berlin currently still has a small chance of containing traces of gluten, which is in any case lower than the official standard of 20ppm for being gluten-free. We are working towards being completely allergen-free in the short term and will apply for the Crossed Grain label.

No. Our products only contain natural sugars that are naturally present in the ingredients. Our sweet products are made with erythritol or coconut blossom sugar.
